Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred (D4 VoH) Blocked Quest Issue Explained
The Vessel of Hatred DLC for Diablo 4 has some technical problems. If you are affected by the Blocked Quest (not all party are on the same quest step) issue, here we explain what it is about.
Today Vessel of Hatred, which adds, among other things, a Spiritborn class and a new region, Nahantu. VoH scored a significant delay, which was caused by a problem with simultaneous launch on all platforms. And while the situation is under control and players can play it now, not all issues have been resolved. One of them, for example, is related to Blocked Quest.

Some players are complaining about a bug that doesn't allow them to start a new DLC mission. A message appears, saying that not all team are at the same stage of the quest, even if you are playing alone.
If you are also affected by this issue, the first thing you should do is to make sure you have ed all the DLC files and that you have activated it. If you don't know how to do this, you can find the answer in a separate guide.
In case you are sure that you have ed all the necessary files to activate Vessel of Hatred and have completed all prerequisites, but the problem still exists, then you can still try a complete restart of the game. The snag is that the bug is likely to return sooner or later. Unfortunately, the D4 expansion scored a delay and already had serious technical problems at the start. Most of them have been fixed, however, as you can see, it seems that not all. There is nothing left to do but to be patient and wait for further patches.
