RoadCraft launched today. So, you can now build roads with your friends. You will start smaller, though, from finding the generator.

Saber Interactive has huge experience in making advanced simulations of heavy off-road vehicles. In the last eight years they have produced as many as three games with this theme – RoadCraft, a road construction simulator coming out May 20. This type of games can be boring when you play alone. So, will we be able to rebuild the destroyed area with our friends?

Coop multiplayer in RoadCraft explained. Can you play with friends?

For people familiar with Saber Interactive's earlier simulators, the answer to the previous question will come as no surprise. Like in the case of older titles, RoadCraft will offer coop multiplayer up to 4 players. So, you will be able to gather your friends to play together. So what awaits you? You will clean the area from damaged elements and rebuild roads on four different maps. Of course, you will have to contend with extremely difficult terrain.

However, you must keep in mind that previous games, like SnowRunner, offer only the possibility to play over the Internet. You can’t sit on a couch and play on a split screen. Probably, in RoadCraft the situation will be similar. So, all players will need their own copy of the game.

If you are interested, you can check out the RoadCraft demo. It’s available on Next Fest.
