Ironmace Studio definitely doesn't have it easy in life. The devs of Dark and Darker, a dungeon crawler that was a huge hit at the Steam Next Fest in 2023, had a long legal dispute with the Nexon company. This dispute only recently came to an end, but in the meantime, as a result, the title was removed from Steam, which was an extremely painful setback. Fortunately, after stabilizing the situation, it returned to Valve's platform, but now another problem showed up - Dark and Darker has disappeared from the Epic Games Store.

Epic Games has decided to delist Dark and Darker from the Epic Games Store. This decision appears to be based on claims made by the opposing party in the ongoing legal dispute. We are currently working to understand the exact reasoning behind this removal.
The creators on their Discord server pointed out that the removal process hasn't yet been completed, as Dark and Darker: Legendary Status is still on EGS. If you were planning to buy this version soon, it would definitely be better to hold off on the purchase.
Furthermore, it's uncertain if the game will ever return to this platform, so the studio is already working on alternative solutions to ensure players can keep enjoying the game. More details will be provided as soon as possible.
