Alien: Isolation 2 – it's been too long!
We enter the realm of assumptions and indeed dreams when it comes to Alien: Isolation 2. Indeed, a year ago, there was one leak from a well-known leaker, Tom Henderson, that a sequel to Alien: Isolation was in production, but it is still only an unconfirmed rumor. In addition, the project would be at a very early stage of production, without any specific materials to show at that time. We don't expect much, but it would be great to get an official confirmation, even in the form of a short CGI teaser that publishers love so much.
Why are we waiting?
Alien: Isolation pleasantly surprised us. The game turned out to be an excellent survival horror in the Alien universe. The creators made very good use of the cult status of the first films with the xenomorph, introducing numerous connections with the first and second part of the cinematic original. In addition, Isolation really haunted with its great atmosphere and the overwhelming sense of danger on the seemingly abandoned space station. Instead of being in the center of intense action and shooting, we could feel more like the protagonist of the original Alien. Despite minor hitches with the AI of the Alien, we will the exploration of the Sevastopol station for a long time. It would be nice to return to those vibes in a completely new game.
