Party drawing game adapted to play in a group of people. Drawful 2 game resembles traditional puns and consists in creating drawings according to the given term, which other players have to guess.
The main goal of the game is to have the best possible fun among the people. The developers made it possible to conduct the game both as a local multiplayer through a shared screen and to observe them thanks to remote play services on other devices. The game has been created for many platforms, but it should be ed that when buying one version, we cannot play it on another device. The game was created by Jackbox Games, Inc., known from other recreational games such as You don't know Jack or Quiplash.
Drawful 2 was created for fun among a group of friends. The rules of the game are similar to traditional puns. Each player receives a term to draw. For making a drawing, everyone gets the same limited amount of time. Two colours can be used for this, which are the hue in which the drawer is marked in the player list. This should be done very carefully, due to the lack of an eraser to rubberize the line once drawn. When each player has finished drawing, all the works are displayed one by one on the screen, and the players try to guess the term from which the drawing was made. Players who guess or give a close answer receive points. If they are close to guessing the term or guess it for several games in a row, they will receive bonuses. Gameplay, which usually lasts about 15-20 minutes, ends when all images are displayed. Then the points are summed up and the player with the most points wins. Besides, everyone can give likes to drawings that they like the most - the person with the most likes wins in a separate category.
The gameplay is equipped with various functions to increase the fun. The censorship mechanics are available to players, allowing them to determine in a special menu what content the game should hide from them (e.g. swear words). Players can create new content within the Drawful functions, such as new to guess. This creates opportunities to personalize the gameplay, e.g. through "running joke", concerning a specific group of friends. Each session between several players can in turn be watched by as many as 10,000 other people, using the special streaks that are one of the game mechanics, or using the option to to Twitch. All the results can then be boasted on Twitter in the form of GIF generated from the created drawings.
For guessing , the key is to make clear drawings that are understandable to other players. Therefore, it is good to consider whether it will be more convenient to make them with a computer mouse, a finger on the tablet or a controller analog stick.
Jackbox Games, Inc. points out on its website and in the dedicated game services that it is and will be available only in English. For maximum enjoyment, it is worth being familiar with it.
