King of Wushu is set in chaotic times following the downfall of the great Emperor. The players take on the roles of superb warriors, who arrive to the stormy lands to prove their abilities in the fight for fame, glory, and the tile of the King of Wushu. The game utilizes a free-to-play model with microtransactions.
The production utilizes a third person's perspective. Your task is to defeat the opposing team (each team consists of 5 people) by destroying their base, while defending your own. You can choose from a range of available characters with unique abilities; the characters should be chosen so that they complement each other. During combat you can jump, dodge and perform combo attacks, which means that King of Wushu blends MOBA elements with fighting game mechanics.
King of Wushu utilizes the CryEngine technology, known e.g. from the Crysis shooter game series, providing high-quality visuals.
