LEGO Fortnite is an additional mode to Minecraft.
LEGO Fortnite is set in a world built of LEGO bricks. After choosing our playable character, we can start creating procedurally generated new worlds or enter worlds created by other players (provided they let us).
The game's main mechanic is resource gathering. Resources are used for building structures and stations, special objects used to produce goods. These include a market, which will serve as the center of our settlement, houses and mansions. The player can choose pre-built structures or build from scratch, using different foundations, floors, walls, roofs and furniture. Such stations as workbenches and sawmills let us create materials and equipment, such as wooden planks, talismans and weapons.
Though the game looks very appealing, it's full of danger. There are lots of enemies we'll need weapons to handle. Effects of extreme weather (heat and cold) can be nullified by eating specific meals and creating talismans providing us with various buffs. Eating also lets us sate our hunger and restore health. There are also numerous quests and villagers to recruit, who'll accompany us on our journey or work for us, producing more useful goods.
LEGO Fortnite s singleplayer and multiplayer for up to eight people. In addition to survival, there's also a sandbox mode, where we can build and construct as we please without needing to manage our resources.
LEGO Fortnite runs on the Unreal Engine 5 and makes great use of it. The colorful visuals are detailed and appealing. Most of the objects in the game are also destructible.

It belongs to the production of Epic Games studio, whose portfolio includes such gems as Jazz Jackrabbit or Gears of War. It is worth noting that the then Polish branch of Epic Games (now People Can Fly) was responsible for the production of the first part.
This month will be a good period for Fortnite fans. A LEGO mode will be added to the game, and players will also be able to test their skills in races and at a music festival.
