Steelrising: Cagliostro's Secrets

The events of the DLC are portrayed as an expansive side questline in a brand-new area. The expansion also offers access to previously unexplored corners of the Bastille. It also adds a new boss and two new NPCs.

Mechanics

The game's main mechanics remain unchanged. It is, once again, an action RPG with heavy soulslike influence, fast-paced combat and challenging bosses. Acquired points can be spent to upgrade Aegis, while exploring levels grants useful items.

The expansion adds five entirely new weapons, giving us more options on how to dispatch enemies. St. Louis' hospital is home to some brand-new automatons, who are all diverse and challenging opponents. Aegis has also received a new outfit.

Technical aspects

To access the content from the expansion, the player must first complete the "Bastille" stage in the main storyline.
