Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that it has become the owner of the award-winning studio - Insomniac Games, responsible for hits such as Marvel's Spider-Man and the Ratchet & Clank and Spyro series. The acquisition of the team is the crowning achievement of over twenty years of cooperation between the two companies.
